yesterday i went for the massage. it improved slightly last night. infact quite noticeable. last night i spoke with mirah on skype. really miss her a lot. but there's no way i'll ask her to ask come. not in my condition. they'll get annoyed to see me lying and moping around the house. i can't even cook an egg what more their favourite meals. there will be more anger and resentment in the house than love and care. enough with my loving boys who don't get annoyed with me anymore.
